8:00 AM - Bike ~8 Miles, 40 min
Watched the B.a.a. half marathon w/ Gabe & Liz so we took the bikes out on the course and tried to catch the leaders at as many points as we could. There was a bunch of stop and go but most of it was at a pretty hard effort.

River loop. Decided to pass on the swim today since it was nice out and I just didn't have the motivation to get in the pool. Felt good; plantar was fine, soleus and patella were tight but loosened up by the end of the run.

"Womens Finish - Biggest mistake/greatest comeback I've ever seen!"
Agreed. Right up there with Dan Wilson's no-no at Big East's a few years back.
Yeah, I actually thought about referencing that finish in this post!
