Legs were tight and heavy starting out but felt better towards the end. I just kept the pace at cruise control and tried to keep things relaxed.

I also saw Lindsey Scherf out on the trails walking her dog. Lindsey is the US Junior 10,000 meter record holder and recently ran a marathon "for fun" in which she qualified for the Olympic Trials with a 2:41. She's definitely a name to look for over the next couple years. (However, I know my friend KG has taken a few victories over her)

On another note, I didn't realize this until afterward when I looked at the results, but Delilah Dicrescenzo (the girl that inspired the song 'Hey there Delilah') was 5th in the womens race on Sunday.

These are the only interesting things I've got today, but I might have more to talk about as we get closer to the trials this weekend.
