Keep on truckin'

Wednesday, October 10th

11:30 AM - 12 Miles, 82 min
Fells - Upper res from the house + an add on along the river

Had a great run today, felt fully recovered from the workout last night and didn't have anything bothering me except some mild tightness in the patella. After the run, I went to see Holly for PT at her Woburn office, which is really nice and has a ton of resourses and staff on hand for all sorts of therapies. She did the usual loosening of the soleus, achilles, and plantar with plenty of massage (which is always great), along with ultrasound and stim at the end. I got a few more strengthening excercises to work on and we also decided to go ahead and order the night splint (AKA "da boot"). So hopefully the combination of all these things will help the situation. Other than that, I just tried to get stuff done today on my day off but as usual, fell short of completing my to-do list.

Stay tuned for more.

Sounds like you are doing a great job staying on top of these nagging aches + pains. Keep it up!
