12:30 PM - 11 Miles, 70 min
Winchester loop over to Arlington and onto the Minuteman bike path for a while. Felt pretty good, nothing bothering me (hip, calf, plantar, etc.) so I ran a pretty solid pace. A little tired towards the end but overall a good run.
So things have been looking up in the last few days. My hip is still pretty tender to the touch but on runs, I can barely feel it. I haven't talked much about my plantar lately, because it hasn't really been bothering me. I'm still doing some stretches and exercises for it and still wear my night splint pretty regularly but I haven't had to give it the kind of attention I have in the past.
As I discussed yesterday, things have been going well at the store and tonight I had a nice dinner with my boss as we discussed ways of moving forward in the next few months and what kind of changes will benefit us the most. I definitely feel like a valuable resource in this business and the feedback I've gotten has just reinforced that notion tremendously.
As for the numbers, here ya go...

Week started off pretty rocky but became more and more promising as the week went by. Obviously not the mileage I would be at had I not taken the spill, but still better than I had foreseen when the week began. It looks like we should be back to where we left off in a few more days.
