I had a pretty crazy day today that affected me both mentally and physically ...actually the whole week has been that way. I'll explain more on that tomorrow. The workout went ok. I was solo tonight and still feeling pretty tired so it was more difficult than I would have liked it to be. After practice I had dinner and hung out with a good friend. Overall recap of the day was stressful craziness at work, tired but ok performance at practice, then quality dinner and relaxing post practice evening. So the day got progressively better and ended on some good notes ...therefore, I can't really complain. But I am very tired so I'm cutting this off here and getting to bed asap.
