Nothing special today for the training log. I had some things to take care of in the morning so didn't get out for a run before work. After work, I just got in a nice and relaxed 5 miles to loosen up the legs and just get an easy day between the long run and the workout tomorrow. I was also tired from a long day so I figured an easy day would be better than forcing the mileage just to hit the weekly number. So I'll be low again this week but I'm not too worried. I'm more concerned about keeping my body from falling apart on me.
On that note, I'm going to bed and hope to feel good for tomorrows workout.
