Forgot I had to work til 8 tonight and felt pretty crappy as it was. Calves were really tight. Decided to take a zero for the day and just did a bunch of abs, push ups, and quad exercises.

Morning run was a little sluggish at the start but felt good by the end. Had a good day at work and went for another run when I got home. It was probably the best I've felt on a run since I started back up after B2B. Nothing was tight or sore, no hamstring issue, and best of all, there was no pain in the plantar. It was definitely a great feeling to run freely and comfortably again and even though I know I'm not out of the woods with this plantar thing, I hope it's a sign that things are going in the right direction with my body. I start workouts next week and want to be feeling great before getting into the tough stuff.
I received some Mt. Washington pics from Jess today (one of which is posted above) but I'm still waiting on Gabe's so once I get those, I'll screen through any lousy ones of me and then post them here for you guys.
That's it for today, team BBQ at the Carraras tomorrow and lots more exciting action to follow as we start in on the nuts and bolts of this cross season... so stay tuned!
