Exactly how it sounds- not fun. I definitely still had a lot of shit left in my legs, and after running through those horse trails, I may have also gotten some shit on my legs. Overall, I just felt like crap from start to finish and didn't have any get up and go. I actually thought the times were gonna be a lot worse than they were but I just put my head down, pushed through, and some how was able to run a decent last mile (probably because it's downhill). It's too bad I felt terrible because it was actually a gorgeous day and it would have been nice if I could have enjoyed it a bit more. Oh well, I got it done and that's all that matters. I plan on taking this next week pretty easy and just make sure I don't get sick or hurt.

Not what I had planned, but not everything goes as planned.
