So my day started at 3:30 AM this morning as I needed to help Tony out with a road race in south boston. I don't know who thinks having a road race at 6am on a friday is a good idea, but it was pretty easy work so I was happy to help him out. However, after getting back late from the game last night, it made for a tough awakening. Since I helped with that, I didn't have time to run before work, so I didn't get my run in until after working a 9-hour open to close shift. Despite all that, I actually felt pretty decent on the run so I'll take it.

Now I really need to get to bed so I can get up early again tomorrow and do a solo workout. I wish I could join the team for practice at Franklin Park but I have to be at the store by noon and practice is at 1pm, so they'll have to do without me.
