This is gonna be quick. I had a pretty good week of training compared to past weeks and I feel like things are starting to come around in workouts. I still have a long ways to go, but I am taking whatever fitness I have right now and going to Jacksonville for the 15K. I feel like I am fit enough to at least treat it like a race and maybe surprise myself even. There is a massive elite field this year and I'll be happy to finish in the top half of it (so somewhere in the top 30 / 48 minute range is probably my thoughts going into it).

I apologize for the short (and late) post but I hope to have more up on here when I get back from Florida.

Congrats on a good race, JC. You were spot on with the prediction you gave me the other day. You certainly can gauge your fitness.

Now all you need to do is focus on that consistent, healthy day-to-day running and you will be where you want to be in a no time.
